We value your satisfaction and want to make your return process as smooth as possible please read our return policy carefully:

Returns are accepted up to 15 /30 days  of the purchase date 

- Items must be unused,unwashed,in original condition with all tags and packaging in tact.

- proof of purchase
( receipt or order confirmation)
is Required for all returns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
-Custom or personalised orders 
sale and clearance items.


REFUNDS 
-Once we receive your return and inspect the item we will notify you of the status of your refund.

-Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 days.

-Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error (eg wrong or damaged item)

EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

- If you need to exchange an item contact us via the contact us tab 
within 7 days of receiving your orders.

- customer's are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
